Diathermy Electrode – Loop 1×0.5cm is used to biopsy tissue and simultaneously cauterise the area. Frequently used in gynaecology for LEEP and LETZ cervical biopsy procedures. An electrical conductor that is a component of a short-wave diathermy treatment system and designed for the transfer of electromagnetic (EM) energy in the radio-frequency (RF) bands of 13 megahertz (MHz) to 27.12 MHz from the system’s generator to the patient.
